Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the use of the NeoBridge content publishing application (the “Application”), operated by NeoBridge (“we”, “us”). By connecting a TikTok account to the Application, you agree to these terms.

1Purpose of the Application

The Application is an internal publishing tool. It prepares branded image cards from text prepared in advance by the account owner and sends them to the connected TikTok account’s inbox, where the account owner reviews and publishes them manually through the TikTok application. The Application does not post publicly on behalf of any third party.

2Who may use it

The Application is intended for use by NeoBridge and by accounts explicitly authorised by NeoBridge. It is not offered to the general public and no account registration is available.

3Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the content you publish through the Application and for ensuring it complies with TikTok’s Community Guidelines, TikTok’s Terms of Service, and applicable law. You must not use the Application to publish content that is unlawful, misleading, infringing, or that violates the rights of others.

4Our responsibilities and limits

We provide the Application on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation, and availability depends on the TikTok API and on services we do not control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Application.

5Access and revocation

You may disconnect the Application from your TikTok account at any time through TikTok’s settings. We may suspend access to the Application at any time, in particular if we believe it is being used in violation of these terms or of TikTok’s policies.

6Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is always available at https://neobridge.kz/terms with the date of the last update shown above.
