Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how the NeoBridge content publishing application (the “Application”) handles data. It applies to the TikTok integration of the Application.

1What data we access

When you connect a TikTok account, the Application requests the following permissions:

• user.info.basic — basic profile information (open ID, display name, avatar). Used only to confirm which account is connected and to show it in the tool.
• video.upload — permission to send prepared media to your TikTok inbox as a draft for your manual review and publishing.

The Application does not read your videos, followers, messages, comments, or analytics, and does not request permissions beyond those listed above.

2What we store and where

The Application stores an access token, a refresh token, and the account’s open ID. These are kept in a local configuration file on the operator’s own computer, with file permissions restricted to the operator’s user account. They are not transmitted to any server operated by us, and we do not run a database of user data.

The text and images that are published are prepared in advance by the operator and stored in the operator’s own files and in the operator’s website repository.

3Why we process it

The sole purpose is to send prepared content to the connected TikTok account’s inbox. There is no other processing, no profiling, no advertising use, and no automated decision-making.

4Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share this data with third parties. Data is transmitted only to TikTok’s own API in order to perform the publishing action you requested.

5Retention and deletion

Tokens are kept only for as long as the integration is in use. You can revoke access at any time in TikTok: Settings → Security and permissions → Apps and services. Once revoked, the stored tokens become invalid. To have any remaining stored tokens deleted, contact us at the address below and we will delete them within 30 days.

6Security

Access tokens are stored with restricted file permissions and are excluded from version control. All communication with the TikTok API uses HTTPS. Tokens are never shared or published.

7Children

The Application is not directed to children and is not intended for use by anyone under the age required by TikTok’s own terms.

8Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always available at https://neobridge.kz/privacy with the date of the last update shown above.
